The Lash Lounge is seeking a Front Desk Expert for a full-time role in our studio. You will greet clients, book appointments, answer calls and emails, and manage client records in our booking system, while handling payments and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer-service skills, experience in a customer-facing role, and comfort with booking software.
