Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to enhance the guest experience, drive membership and retail sales, and manage appointment bookings. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, handle phone and in-person interactions, and support store operations.

Hours include Tuesday to Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm and Saturday 9:30am–6:00pm, with potential for growth in a busy salon environment that values service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership sales and retail sales.
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Book appointments in person or by phone.
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Maintain our social media presence.
