Job summary

The Lash Lounge in Tennessee is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive memberships, and manage bookings for our salon. You will be focused on membership and retail sales and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Applicants should have 1+ years in customer service or retail, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask while working weekends and evenings. Familiarity with MindBody is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings; MindBody software experience is a plus.

We are looking for a part‑time front desk associate to work Tuesday to Friday 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday 9:30am to 6:00pm.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
