Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for The Dagny Boston in downtown Boston. This overnight role handles check-ins, balances daily transactions, and prepares reports while ensuring guest security and smooth operations across departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year in hospitality, and comfort with Windows, Excel, and Word. The Dagny Boston offers a modern setting in the Financial District with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins.
• Balance books, finalize transactions, ensure accuracy.
• Regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth.
• Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; solve problems solo.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience

The Dagny Boston is a new independent hotel in downtown Boston at 89 Broad Street.
