Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, including prior management experience.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is required, with a trade license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Maintenance staff, overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Apply extensive experience in engineering, maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations.
• Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, handling problems effectively in high‑pressure situations.
• Convey information clearly and listen to co-workers and guests to resolve issues.
• Understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic, to support maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
