Qualifications

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
• Physical Requirements: A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; occasional heavy lifting.
• Location: Must reside within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Responsibilities

• Distributor & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with distributor sales teams; be a connector for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
• Sales Development: Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels; focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels; expand footprint.
• Market Execution & Brand Visibility: Plan and execute high-impact demos; maintain brand standards; be the face of Cornbread Hemp in your area.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide insights and updates on sales performance.
