Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably in beverage or CPG.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the Minneapolis beverage market and hospitality/on-premise sectors.

Responsibilities

• Distributor & relationship management: build and nurture distributor relationships and coordinate events.
• Sales development: secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels; expand footprint.
• Market execution & brand visibility: plan high-impact demos and maintain brand standards.
• Market intelligence & reporting: monitor trends and provide sales performance updates.
