Job summary

Mood is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to grow distribution, visibility, and retail execution for Mood's THC beverage portfolio across the New Jersey territory. This statewide, field-based role partners with distributor sales teams and retail decision-makers to grow the brand through new accounts, in-store merchandising, and promotional execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage or distributor sales experience.
• Understanding of three-tier distribution model.
• Comfort working with regulated hemp-derived products.
• 21+ years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organization.
• Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance for Mood THC beverage portfolio across distribution, displays and shelf presence.
• Open new accounts across grocery, liquor, convenience channels.
• Sell in new items and promotional programs at store level.
• Conduct market audits to identify voids and pricing gaps.
• Merchandise displays to Mood brand standards.
• Utilize CRM and syndicated data to prioritize accounts and track results.
• Plan, schedule and execute in-store samplings and consumer trials.
