Job summary

Mood is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to grow distribution and retail execution for Mood's THC beverage portfolio in the Houston, Texas territory. You will partner with distributors and retail decision-makers to expand mood's beverage at retail.

Success means more distribution, better shelf presence, and increased consumer trials. You will report to the Head of Beverage and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Distribution to win with partners and consumers.

Qualifications

2+ years of beverage/CPG or distributor sales experience.
Understanding of the three-tier distribution model and in-store execution.
Proven success in territory sales or account development.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Must be 21+ and comfortable representing a regulated hemp-derived product.

Responsibilities

Own territory performance across distribution, displays, shelf presence, and promotions.
Prospect and open new accounts across grocery, liquor, and independent retail channels.
Sell in new items and promotional programs at store level.
Conduct regular market audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
Coordinate with distributor reps to ensure alignment and execution.
Capture and report sales metrics, depletion, and market feedback.
