Job summary

Cornbread Hemp is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive the rollout of our new THC beverage in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

You will build relationships with distributor sales teams, secure new accounts in retail and on-premise channels, and coordinate events and tastings to elevate brand visibility. This role requires travel, flexibility for evenings or weekends, and a passion for relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably in beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams.
• Be a connector—work with distributor sales reps for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
• Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, focusing on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
• Lead expansion of Cornbread Hemp’s footprint by launching the new THC beverage in your sales area.
