Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort, hang, price, and tag donated textiles in a fast-paced production environment, turning donations into inventory for the sales floor.

This part-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet daily quotas, and reliable communication with staff and customers. Evening and weekend availability is preferred, and pay starts at $16.45 per hour with potential increases based on productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Part-time status with Daily Pay available.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
• Inspect textiles to ensure saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textiles for the sales floor (Z-racks).
• Price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value, researching item value as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Follow all retail center policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-train as needed in other departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
