Job summary

The Associate I, Textiles Production at Goodwill of Colorado will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles per quality standards to determine items for sale. The associate may occasionally interact with customers and must communicate effectively while supporting a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires accuracy, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed, with full-time hours

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies per company standards.
• Good judgment in assessing quality and value of textiles.
• Ability to use Dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Effective communication with customers, managers, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
• Inspect textiles for saleable condition and defects.
• Hang, price, tag, and prepare textiles for sale on racks.
• Price items according to quality and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Follow center policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Duties may extend beyond listed tasks.
