Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed minimum productivity standards and KPIs for assigned duties.
• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Inspect and test items that plug in or run on batteries.
• Make pricing decisions according to Goodwill standards using research tools.
• Maintain organized production and sales floor areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Rotate or pull unsold product to refresh selection.
• Process e-commerce product as needed.
• Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety processes and continuous improvement standards.
• Cross-train in other departments as required.
