Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality standards.
• Ability to use basic technologies per company standards.
• Ability to operate a dolly and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color and quality.
• Inspect textiles for saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare textile items for sale.
• Price items according to Goodwill standards and market value.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers; assist as needed.
• Follow all retail center policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safe workflow.
