Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Textile Printing, Laminating, and Embossing Operator in Batesburg-Leesville, SC. You will set up, operate, and monitor machinery to print designs, laminate layers, and emboss patterns on textile materials, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in textile manufacturing, printing, laminating, or embossing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, specifications, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate textile printing, laminating, and embossing machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials (fabric, films, adhesives, inks) and ensure proper alignment and tension.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects such as misprints, uneven lamination, or improper embossing.
• Maintain consistent color matching and pattern accuracy during printing processes.
• Control temperature, pressure, and speed settings for laminating and embossing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery.
• Record production data, material usage, and quality results.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
