Responsibilities

• Set up and operate textile printing, laminating, and embossing machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials (fabric, films, adhesives, inks) and ensure proper alignment and tension.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects such as misprints, uneven lamination, or improper embossing.
• Maintain consistent color matching and pattern accuracy during printing processes.
• Control temperature, pressure, and speed settings for laminating and embossing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery.
• Record production data, material usage, and quality results.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and supervisor instructions.

Job Summary:

The Textile Printing, Laminating, and Embossing Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery used to print designs, laminate layers, and emboss patterns onto textile materials. This role ensures product quality, efficient production, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate textile printing, laminating, and embossing machines according to production specifications
• Load raw materials (fabric, films, adhesives, inks) and ensure proper alignment and tension
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects such as misprints, uneven lamination, or improper embossing
• Maintain consistent color matching and pattern accuracy during printing processes
• Control temperature, pressure, and speed settings for laminating and embossing equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery
• Record production data, material usage, and quality results

Required Skills & Qualifications
