Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain incoming fabrics, swatches, trims, and material samples.
• Catalog, label, store, and track textile samples for easy access.
• Organize product samples, development samples, and display materials.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and Smartsheet trackers.
• Assist with sample shipments, receiving, sorting, and distribution.
• Prepare materials for trend presentations and team meetings.
