Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Sample Processor to support Merchandising and Product teams in a corporate office. The role combines office tasks with hands-on handling of physical product samples, including receiving, organizing, photographing, and tracking.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers a clear path to a long-term role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work or retail experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track expected samples and communicate needs and deadlines to vendors.
• Receive, unpack, label, and organize physical product samples.
• Record receipts and update sample records in internal systems.
• Print and attach barcodes for accurate tracking.
• Photograph samples and upload images to digital records.
• Manage sample storage areas and update locations.
• Pull samples for reviews and prepare for meetings.
• Document buyer notes and feedback in internal systems.
• Communicate sample feedback to vendors by email.
• Follow up on late or outstanding samples.
• Assist with disposal or donation of approved samples.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
