Job summary

Shawsheen Coating & Converting in Andover, MA is seeking full-time Machine Operators for our 1st shift. You will operate textile winding or slitting equipment, monitor quality, complete production paperwork, and help meet daily goals.

Starting pay is $18-$23 per hour with a 4-day workweek (Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) and overtime opportunities. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid holidays, 401(k) eligibility after six months, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn and follow procedures.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to commute to Andover facility.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate textile winding or slitting machines.
• Monitor equipment to meet daily quality and output goals.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Follow work instructions and schedules.
• Report safety or quality issues to supervisor.
