No prior experience required, but a safety-minded team player who can follow procedures and complete production docs will thrive. Base pay starts $18-$23/hr with a 10% shift differential, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Textile winding, coating, slitting, or similar machine experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate textile winding or slitting machines.
• Monitor equipment and product quality to meet daily production goals.
