Job summary

Shawsheen Coating & Converting is hiring full-time Machine Operators for the 2nd shift in Andover, MA. You will load and run textile winding or slitting machines, monitor quality, and complete production documentation while keeping operations safe and efficient.

Ideal candidates have some manufacturing experience, but all willing learners who are dependable and safety-minded are encouraged to apply. Training provided with a 4x10 schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable and safety-minded with good attendance.
• Willing to learn and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate textile winding or slitting machines.
• Monitor equipment and product quality to meet daily goals.
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and procedures.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and on time.
• Report equipment, production, quality or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and wear PPE.
