Shawsheen Coating & Converting in Andover, MA is hiring full-time Machine Operators for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.). Base pay $18–$23/hr; 2nd shift adds 10% differential, bringing it to $19.80–$25.30/hr. Overtime is routinely available.

Training may occur on 1st shift before transition. Responsibilities include loading and operating winding/slitting machines, monitoring quality, and completing production docs.

Qualificações

• Textile winding, coating, slitting, or similar machine experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing and able to work 10-hour shifts, overtime as needed, and reliably commute to our Andover facility.

Responsabilidades

• Load and operate textile winding or slitting machines.
• Monitor equipment and product quality to help meet daily production goals.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and established operating procedures.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and on time.
• Report equipment, production, quality, or safety issues to your supervisor.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and wear required PPE.
