Job summary

ServiceMaster by Timeless is seeking a highly organized Contents Coordinator to manage residential and commercial contents restoration projects from intake to pack-back. The role emphasizes handling soft and hard contents, inventory control, cleaning operations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contents restoration, familiarity with Esporta Wash System and ContentsTrack software, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Experience in contents restoration or related field.
• Familiar with Esporta Wash System and ContentsTrack software.
• Proficient in inventory management and labeling systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move contents safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contents pack-outs, inventories, transport, storage and pack-backs for restoration projects.
• Document, label, photograph, and track customer belongings using ContentsTrack.
• Assess damaged items to determine cleaning, restoration or replacement needs.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Coordinate with customers, adjusters, vendors and internal teams to maintain service quality.
