Job summary

ServiceMaster by Timeless is seeking a highly organized Contents Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial contents restoration. You'll manage pack-outs, inventories, and cleaning operations while leading teams and ensuring high-quality service.

The role requires experience with contents restoration, Esporta Wash System, and ContentsTrack. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential, with OSHA safety compliance across warehouses and field sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in contents restoration, pack-outs, or restoration cleaning.
• Knowledge of soft contents and hard contents restoration procedures.
• Experience with ContentsTrack or similar inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move contents safely.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contents pack-outs, inventories, transport, storage, and pack-backs for restoration projects.
• Document and track belongings using ContentsTrack software.
• Assess damaged items and determine cleaning/restoration or replacement needs.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for contents and customer belongings.
• Ensure accurate chain of custody and inventory control throughout projects.
• Operate the Esporta Wash System for restoration cleaning of textiles and soft goods.
• Wash, dry, fold, iron, and properly package clothing and fabrics.
• Identify garments and textiles requiring professional dry cleaning or specialty treatment.
• Lead teams and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Provide updates and documentation to management regarding project progress and customer concerns.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, inventories, and reports in ContentsTrack.
• Monitor supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
