You will lead multidisciplinary teams to position pursuits, engage utilities, and build trusted client relationships across public agencies and municipalities. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in project management and business development, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, technical leadership, and business development.
• Ability to lead and pursue opportunities with utilities and public agencies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across C-suite and engineers.
• Licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth across the Water market and utilities/public sectors.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across utilities, land development, municipalities.
• Manage CRM, generate leads, and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Develop content for proposals, conferences, marketing initiatives.
• Represent CHA at water industry conferences and events, building relationships with utility leaders and technical decision-makers.
• Collaborate with CHA leadership on proposals and strategic pursuit decisions.
• Provide market updates, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
