Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales or business development in utilities.
• Proven record of opening new accounts and markets.
• Established relationships with utility decision-makers and electrical contractors in Texas.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and win new accounts across Texas.
• Develop new business with electrical contractors.
• Guide opportunities through full approval process.
• Coordinate demonstrations and field evaluations.
