Job summary
GFT in Texas is seeking a TXDOT Client Service Leader to drive business development and oversee client relationships within the Transportation Group. The role follows a hybrid work model with regular attendance at Texas offices and engagement across multiple TxDOT districts.
You will lead cross-disciplinary client service teams, coordinate capture efforts, and present strategic plans to TxDOT leadership, ensuring delivery excellence and sound financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering required.
- 15+ years' progressive experience as business development leader or related TxDOT experience.
- Experience leading a team and managing complex transportation projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas with strong TxDOT relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for TxDOT across districts and service lines.
- Lead multidisciplinary client service teams and drive business development.
- Develop capture plans, proposals, and presentations ahead of procurement cycles.
- Maintain relationships with TxDOT leadership and delivery teams statewide.
- Ensure delivery excellence, risk management, and strong financial performance.
