STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the greater Texas region. You will cultivate and expand relationships with owners, engineers, contractors, and key firms, collaborating with our technologies and operations teams to deliver strengthening solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of sales success in commercial markets, deep knowledge of the Texas landscape, and a strong CRM background to manage opportunities from lead to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of commercial sales experience building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas market and local engineering/architecture firms.
• Proven track record using CRM to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships across the Texas region.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to tailor solutions.
• Present Strengthening solutions to potential clients.
• Support proposals and bid packages and track CRM activity.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM data and market intel.
