Job summary

Structural Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our strengthening services in the greater Los Angeles area. You will lead client relationship development, collaborate with internal teams, and present solutions to engineers,GCs, and building owners to win high-value projects.

The role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of the LA market, and the ability to manage a long sales cycle with a strategic approach.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the commercial market.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of the Los Angeles market and target sectors.
Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel 70–80% locally.

Responsibilities

Develop new and strengthen existing client relationships in the greater Los Angeles region.
Present Strengthening solutions to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
Attend meetings via web, in person, email, and phone with current and prospective clients.
Pursue leads from Marketing and communicate updates on opportunities.
Assist with proposals and bid packages for Strengthening projects.
Maintain CRM listings and update contact databases.
Collaborate with marketing to target key accounts.
