Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our strengthening solutions in the Texas market. You will collaborate with our Technologies and Operations teams to develop client-focused proposals and win high-value projects.

You will build relationships with engineers, contractors and owners, deliver presentations, prepare bids, and manage CRM records as you travel locally 70–80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience building client relationships in the commercial market.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas market and track record of meeting sales goals using a CRM system.
• Experience promoting engineered services and products through complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support sales functions on high‑value projects and build client relationships to meet financial goals.
• Present Strengthening solutions to potential clients and follow up on inquiries from presentations.
• Participate in meetings with current and potential clients via web, in-person, email and phone.
• Follow up on project and client leads provided by Marketing.
• Assist with drafts of proposals and revisions for Strengthening projects.
• Assist with assembling bid packages as necessary.
• Attend job-site walks and pre-bid meetings as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM listings for Strengthening projects.
• Update company contact databases and coordinate with Marketing to reach key targets.
