LuxWall is seeking a Director of Sales for Texas to oversee the sales strategy and develop a pipeline for their innovative Transparent Insulation products. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience and a strong background in business development. Responsibilities include managing sales from preparation through installation and ensuring excellent customer support.

This role also involves building and leading a team of salespeople while engaging with key construction influencers to maximize market adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of previous B2B sales experience with a focus on business development and winning new customers.
• Experience in international sales and project coordination.
• Ability to distill complex technical information related to product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop the company’s sales strategy for the Texas region.
• Build a sales pipeline that achieves business goals.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Manage project-based sales from inception to installation.
