A leading building insulation contractor in Dallas is seeking a motivated Sales/Project Manager to develop customer relationships in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience and strong negotiation skills. You will work independently to manage proposals and communications related to commercial construction projects. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with multi-family portfolio relationships is a plus.
• Must possess strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance relationships with General Contractors and Developers.
• Use SalesForce to create job-specific proposals.
• Communicate with customers for various project needs.
• Attend sales and job site meetings as required.
• Make independent decisions related to marketing and pricing.
• Participating in sales meetings and job site meetings with various size groups (customer & representatives).
• Traveling overnight; 3-4x/month or as needed.
• Managing confidential matters related to customers, pricing, and programs professionally.
• Working independently to make high-value decisions related to marketing and pricing decisions.

We have a great opportunity for a Sales/Project Manager position out of our Dallas, TX office. The Company’s focus is on offering its catalog of material and services for large-scale new construction projects throughout the country; multi-family, residential, senior living, commercial, and government work.

This person will be responsible for:

• Developing new and advancing existing customer relationships with General Contractors and Developers
• Entertaining customers alongside the Sales/Development team
• Reviewing footage, material and labor costs, and pricing for large commercial construction projects
• Using SalesForce and bid software to generate detailed job-specific proposals
• Communicating with customers for bidding, production, and receivables
• Participating in sales meetings and job site meetings with various size groups (both customer & representatives)
• Traveling overnight; 3-4x/month or as needed
• Managing confidential matters related to customers, pricing, and programs in a professional manner
• Working independently to make high-value decisions related to marketing and pricing decisions
