Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing roofing contractor to launch and lead a new Texas branch. This executive leadership role offers autonomy to build the local team, develop the market, and own the branch’s performance with full P&L responsibility.

You will drive revenue growth, optimize margins, control overhead, cash flow, and project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards across a growing operation.

Qualifications

• At least five years of leadership experience within commercial and/or residential roofing.
• Direct responsibility for a P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, margins, overhead, cash flow, and profitability.
• Proven track record of growing revenue while protecting or improving profit margins.
• Strong roofing sales, estimating, project management, and operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Branch growth and business development with relationships to general contractors, property managers, developers, facility managers and owners.
• Generate business through existing relationships, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable work.
• Oversee estimating for commercial and residential roofing projects and develop pricing with margins.
• Build and lead the local branch team and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
