Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field.
• Prior experience as Branch Manager or senior field leader preferred.
• Strong command of roofing operations, sales processes, production workflows, and customer lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold high-performing teams accountable for results.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, P&L performance, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for the branch, ensuring disciplined execution across sales, production, service, and administrative functions.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop sales representatives, project managers, and office personnel to achieve objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by strengthening pipeline discipline, improving close rates, and aligning the team with market-specific sales strategies.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, crew coordination, and project delivery timelines.
• Manage branch financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgets, labor costs, and profitability targets.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with workmanship standards.
• Resolve escalated customer, warranty, and operational issues with professionalism.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, sales metrics, operational performance, and branch productivity.
