Job summary

HomeTeam, a Rollins, Inc. subsidiary, seeks an experienced branch operations leader in San Antonio to manage budgets, forecasts and a sales/marketing agenda. You will coordinate with national homebuilders and lead a team to deliver superior customer outcomes.

You will oversee staffing, performance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while advancing growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing and office administration.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees and coaching teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and strategies to meet goals.
• Address customer questions, research problems and resolve issues.
• Prepare composite reports per corporate requirements.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Maintain relationships with homebuilders and coordinate with corporate staff.
• Create a positive work environment and recruit qualified staff.
• Delegate duties and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain required state certifications/licensing.
• Address errors and complaints with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist subordinates and step in as needed.
