Job summary

3MG Solutions, LLC is expanding its Roofing division in San Antonio and seeks a Territory Manager to lead a high-performing sales team while personally driving field sales. You will have strong support from leadership, recruiters, and back-office staff to drive growth and success in the territory.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary plus incentives, and a pathway to grow a branch using proven expansion models across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in storm environments and personal sales volume considered.
• At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal).
• 2+ years of leadership experience with track record of building teams.
• Specialty roofing sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in both retail and insurance roofing sales with lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals).
• Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence leveraging retail and insurance sales.
• Personally generate sales while guiding your team to targets.
• Collaborate with leaders, recruiters and back-office staff for onboarding and support.
• Maintain high standards for client satisfaction with quality roofing solutions.
