Ladders in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Vice President - Texas to oversee multi-site operations across Texas. The role focuses on developing market leaders, driving consistent execution, and reinforcing service and safety standards.

You will partner with location leadership to strengthen staffing, employee engagement, and performance. Success will be measured by operational discipline, talent development, and delivering a consistently strong customer experience across the region.

Qualifications

• 15 years in business operations within high-volume, multi-site retail or service organizations.
• 7 years of leadership experience required.
• 3 years as a Market Manager or in a related multi-unit leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Develop Market Managers and key employees to align with company mission and standard operating procedures.
• Lead staffing initiatives to ensure appropriate manpower levels.
• Create an employee engagement strategy that fosters accountability and recognition.
• Assess and develop leadership talent to enhance performance.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently met across all locations.
• Reinforce safety programs and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Establish a culture of service excellence and monitor shop performance.
