Job summary

Boyd Group Services in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee 40–130 stores and $150M–$200M regional revenue, directing business and financial strategies while delivering outstanding service. You will lead a regional team, ensure SOPs, safety, and brand standards, and drive growth and profitability through performance management and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have extensive operations leadership, a business degree, and experience in automotive/retail

Qualifications

• 15+ years in operations leadership in high-volume, multi-site retail or service organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years leadership experience required.
• Automotive industry or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Market Managers and staff to understand the company mission and SOPs.
• Lead manpower planning and staffing in the region.
• Create an employee engagement strategy and accountability culture.
• Assess leadership talent and manage transitions.
• Ensure brand standards across markets and locations.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and ongoing education.
