Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a Texas-based LIHTC portfolio (Austin/Ft. Worth/Dallas). You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance across affordable communities.

You will develop on-site teams, partner with internal departments, and ensure properties meet standards and regulatory requirements while traveling regularly across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site property management experience with LIHTC exposure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Experience reading and interpreting government regulations and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to meet goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, federal, state, and local laws.
• Analyze operating results and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Schedule monthly site visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue goals.
