Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across LIHTC and affordable housing in Austin, Texas.

The role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while guiding on-site teams and coordinating with internal departments. The position requires regular travel throughout Texas, strong leadership, and experience with LIHTC programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience, including on-site decision-making and management.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write, and interpret business publications, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and property management software such as Yardi.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-site property operations to achieve strategic goals and budget objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage property personnel, including performance management and development.
• Provide direction and support to Team Leaders to maximize portfolio performance.
• Provide relief management support to on-site offices as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements across LIHTC properties.
