Job summary

Kittle Property Group, a national firm focused on affordable and conventional housing, seeks a Regional Property Manager for a Texas-based portfolio. You will lead on-site teams, drive compliance with LIHTC and regulatory standards, and partner with internal teams to optimize operations and finances.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and marketing strategies to sustain occupancy and portfolio performance, requiring travel across Texas and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and interpretation of business publications and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to meet strategic goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and LIHTC requirements.
• Analyze operating results and prepare monthly senior-management reports; manage regional budgets.
• Conduct monthly site visits and collaborate with development, construction, and accounting teams.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support occupancy and revenue goals.
