Kittle Property Group, Inc. seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a Texas-based portfolio of LIHTC and affordable housing communities.

You will drive operations, compliance, and financial performance across multiple sites, guiding on-site teams and coordinating with internal departments. The role requires travel across Texas, strong LIHTC knowledge, and a track record of improving occupancy and operations while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience, including on-site decision-making and management.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write, and interpret business publications, technical procedures, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations across a Texas-based multi-site portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and monthly reporting to senior management.
• Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, construction, accounting).
• Develop marketing and occupancy strategies to maximize leasing and revenue.
