Axium Healthcare Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to drive outside sales across Texas, promoting specialty pharmacy services to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other providers.

The ideal candidate will have several years calling on Oncology/Hematology accounts, extensive relationships in these practices, and the ability to develop a strong network within the healthcare industry. This role requires 100% outside sales calls and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• BA or BS preferred.
• 2 years sales experience; medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on medical offices, hospitals, clinics and other referral sources to develop and secure prescriptions and contracts.
• Manage a designated territory and workflows to meet objectives.
• Perform 40 outside sales calls weekly; document activity in CRM; possible overnight travel.
• Coordinate with core therapy manufacturer reps and CRM documentation.
• Identify target and build relationships with physicians and other decision makers in Specialty Markets.
• Meet monthly revenue and referral goals; submit reports timely.
• Bi-monthly submission of field expenses into Nexonia.
• Promote Axium Healthcare professionally at all times.
