Job summary

Axium Healthcare Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to sell and promote specialty pharmacy services to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

This role focuses on building a strong network between Axium and pharmaceutical manufacturers and other health care partners, with an emphasis on 100% outside sales calls. The position covers the majority of the State of Texas (excluding the Houston market).

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience, medical background, college degree preferred.
• BA or BS preferred.
• Proficient computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Calling on medical offices, hospitals, clinics and other referral sources to develop and secure specialty pharmacy prescriptions and contracts.
• Ability to manage a designated territory and meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives.
• Make 40 outside sales calls weekly and document call activity in CRM; possible overnight travel.
