Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 10+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state procedure and law.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Defend Hanover insureds in general liability, D&O, real estate/title issues and HOA disputes.
• Independently conduct depositions, discovery, mediations, arbitrations, trials.
• Regularly communicate with claim professionals and clients on case status.
• Provide legal advice and negotiate settlements as directed.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
