Responsibilities

• Defend Hanover’s insureds in general liability, HOAs, real estate/title issues, and D&O disputes.
• Conduct depositions, pre-trial discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate with claim professionals and clients on case status.
• Provide legal advice and negotiate settlements as directed.
• Attend round tables and other legal proceedings.
