Job summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Director of Business Development for Texas to grow and manage the assigned territory. You will expand relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance organizations through consultative sales and strategic account management.

The role requires strong sales leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in revenue growth within the legal services industry. Travel across Texas is expected to build a robust client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation support, court reporting, legal technology, law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships across all client levels from Paralegals to Partners.
• Promote and sell litigation support services through a consultative sales approach.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Understand and communicate service offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions.
• Maximize revenue through strategic account management and business development activities.
• Provide client training and support related to services and technology solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, events, and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information.
• Collaborate with operations and client service teams for exceptional customer experience.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical practices.
