Job summary

Electro-Matic, a SunSource company, seeks a Texas Market LED Sales Account Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for our visual solutions portfolio. You will develop new business, nurture strategic customer relationships, and execute regional sales initiatives across the Texas market.

The role targets consultative sales of LED displays, signage, and lighting solutions with opportunities for base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities via networking, referrals, trade shows, and outbound activity.
• Present and demonstrate LED display, lighting, and signage solutions to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to achieve joint sales goals.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, quotations, and sales agreements.
• Forecast sales activity and maintain pipeline reporting.
• Support customers throughout the sales cycle and assist with post-sale follow-up.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events.
