Job summary

Traeger, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Texas to spend most days on the retail floor, visiting dealers, building relationships with staff, and landing sell-in orders.

You will drive Traeger’s presence in Platinum, Gold, and key accounts, including Ace Hardware and specialty dealers, with extensive travel across Texas. The role focuses on growing revenue, expanding assortments, and creating the best Traeger brand experience in each door.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field sales, territory sales, or retail account management experience preferred.
• Ability to drive sell-in and build retailer partnerships with store staff.
• Willingness to travel overnight within Texas and spend time on the retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers weekly to land sell-in orders and expand Traeger presence on the shop floor.
• Plan, forecast, and land quarterly and annual targets with account assortments.
• Coordinate in-store events, training, and demonstrations to elevate the brand.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate recaps and pipeline updates.
