Job summary

Traeger is seeking a Field Sales Representative in the Northeast to join our team. You will spend most of your time on the retail floor, building partnerships with dealers, landing sell-in orders, and expanding Traeger's presence in key accounts.

You will travel extensively, visit Ace Hardware and specialty dealers, and report to a Regional Field Sales Manager while driving revenue and growing the Traeger brand across your territory.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field sales or retail account management experience.
• Proven ability to secure sell-in and grow store partnerships.
• Willingness to travel overnight regularly and spend most time in the field.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and drive sell-in with retailers in the Northeast.
• Plan, forecast, and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate training, demonstrations, and in-store events.
• Elevate the Traeger brand through merchandising and displays.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor territory activities.
